A quarter century of service to Minneapolis children and youth
For 25 years, the YCB has been committed to helping Minneapolis youth thrive. We collaborate with the Minneapolis Public Schools, Park Board, public libraries and other community organizations to bring you valuable programs and services. In policy discussions with elected officials, we represent your children’s best interests.
But we can’t achieve community goals for kids without you, their parents and caregivers. We need your support. Become an advocate. As parents and caregivers, you can support the YCB—and in turn your children—by becoming an advocate. Your advocacy begins with learning about youth-related issues and solutions in the community. Take these first steps toward becoming a stronger youth advocate:
Learn about the YCB
The YCB is a bridge between the Parks & Recreation Board, the public schools, libraries, and city and county departments serving youth and their families. We work to ensure the most effective use of public resources, and to identify and close resource gaps.
